CARBOMAX is a carefully selected composition of carbohydrates with a complex of vitamins and minerals. Thanks to the carefully selected composition of carbohydrates, it causes the rapid release of glucose into the blood, replenishes energy losses associated with intense physical exertion and provides essential vitamins and minerals.
Carbohydrates are undoubtedly the most important energy component for every training person. They are stored in small amounts in the muscles and liver in the form of glycogen. During exercise, they are used by the skeletal muscles and the heart muscle. Carbohydrates are the only source of energy for red blood cells and nerve cells. They are also involved in building and retaining proteins.
The human body has only small reserves of carbohydrates (glycogen), which are quickly depleted during exercise. By losing carbohydrates, we also lose exercise capacity. Muscle catabolism also increases, because the amino acids released from proteins are converted into carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates with a different glycemic index are recognized as the staple nutrients in sport to replenish energy during exercise as well as to overcompensate for glycogen in the post-exercise period. Differentiation in terms of the glycemic index means that this type of preparations both quickly maintain the level of glucose and maintain a long-term balanced level of this sugar in the blood. This gives you an instant boost of energy, while securing the energy of further stages of work.
The users of carbohydrate supplements should remember that drinking it during training is aimed at the current energy, vitamins and minerals replenishment. On the other hand, taking a carbohydrate supplement after training aims to quickly rebuild energy reserves and reduce catabolism.
METHOD OF USE:
- In order to prepare the drink, dissolve 30 g of the preparation in 200 ml of chilled water (e.g. 60 g per 400 ml of water).
- Packaging contains a measuring scoop.
- Do not exceed recommended daily portion. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
NGREDIENTS:
