High Whey Protein Bar

The High Whey Protein Bar is a high-protein product rich in vitamins and minerals. It is available in great flavors (walnut-caramel, black currant, and yoghurt-coated vanilla), among which everyone will find something for themselves. High Whey Protein Bar by Activlab can be consumed both before and after training, while providing the body with everything it needs. Our bar has the optimal proportions of protein, carbohydrates and fats as well as vitamins and minerals. It contains as much as 1.9 g of BCAA amino acids in one serving, and has been additionally enriched with glutamine.

BCAA branched amino acids (leucine, valine, isoleucine) constitute over 1/3 of the essential amino acids responsible for building muscle protein. They are not produced by the body itself and therefore should be supplied with food. The use of supplements containing BCAA amino acids is especially recommended during periods of increased physical activity. The glutamine contained in the bar is over 3/5 of all amino acids that make up our muscles. It is essential in the process of proper development and regeneration of muscle tissue.
